You can easily find out your product version by checking the part number on the product label. The product label of the Safescan 2210 is always located on the back of the device.
1. Gently turn your device so you have a clear view of the back. Be careful not to twist or entangle the power cable.
2. The product label will show the part number, simply match it with one of the codes in the overview below to find out which version you have.
3. If the product label does not show the part number, you must look up the serial number. You can find the serial number sticker on the bottom of the device.
4. Switch your device off and carefully lift the bottom, to view the serial number. Then all you have to do is take the first seven digits of the serial number to make up the part number and match it with one of the codes in the overview below to see which version you have.
